Impact USA Dance-Seattle

Officer positions are opening up for the new year. This is your chance to impact how USA Dance-Seattle is run. The yearly meeting is Saturday, September 13th during the dance at Washington Dance Club.

Member Appreciation Night

Members this is your night to get in free for an evening of dancing and tasty desserts. There will be a short meeting about the future of USA Dance Seattle. Non-members are welcome to attend for the usual $10 admission fee. See you at Washington Dance Club September 13th. Free swing lesson at 7:30. Dancing starts at 8:15.

Upcoming Social Dances

We hold several social dances each month at two locations in the greater Seattle area. The dances are from 8:15 to 11 PM, and a complementary beginning lesson is provided before each dance at 7:30 PM. For more details, please see the social dances page.

USA Dance NW DanceSport Championships Competition Oct 25 and 26, 2008!

Come and see the real dancing with the stars. See local, national, and international competitors vying for the title of NW Regional Champion. This is a qualifying event for USA Dance Nationals and will be held at the Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center. Spectators and international competitors are welcome and encouraged to attend. Quest Competition 2008! Saturday: November 15th All events are held at the Washington Dance Club. Spectators Spectators are encourage to attend to cheer on their favorite dancers. Clap, shout out the couple's competitive number, and admire the beautiful and eye catching dresses. Formation Team seeking new members!

USA Dance - Seattle's Formation and Performance Teams are looking for new members to join in the fun and art of performance dancing! The team's mission is to promote ballroom dancing through performance, and they have been doing so throughout the Northwest and Canada since 1989. They welcome dancers of all skill levels interested in improving their dancing by training with a group for public performances, such as Seattle Star Ball, the Bellevue Philharmonic's "Night in Vienna", and National Ballroom Dance Week.
The team rehearses at DanceSport International on Lake City Way NE on Wednesdays 7-10pm and is coached by Monique Hrouda.
